Customer's PlaceService Description
Transport for one wheelchair passenger and one caregiver or family member. Driver pickup from curbside and drop off at curbside safely and on time. Mileage surcharge $3.00 per mile. Drive time surcharge $1.00 per minute for transport taking longer than 1 hour. (*weekday rates).
Cancellation Policy
Must cancel 4 hours prior to pickup time to avoid a $75.00 cancellation charge, any cancellations occuring 1 hour or less prior to pickup time must pay full price.
